What: “The Basics of Political Campaigning” - A Seminar for Members of
Organized Labor, sponsored by the Democratic Party of DuPage County.


Who: This seminar is for Political Directors, Business Agents,
political candidates, or members of organized labor who want to encourage their
brothers and sisters to become politically active or run for public
office.

When: Saturday, August 6, 2005, from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.

Where: International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, 28600 Bella
Vista Parkway, Warrenville, IL 60555.

Why: To provide union members with the basics of a political campaign,
so they can better encourage their brothers and sisters to get involved
politically or run for public office.

The Democratic Party of DuPage County currently meets at 7:30 pm on the
fourth Wednesday of every month at 1000 Rohlwing, units 5&6, in North
Gate Mall on the northwest corner of North Avenue and Rohlwing in
Lombard. The campaign office is on the south side of the mall and faces North
Avenue.

Meetings are open to the public. No tickets or fees are required.
